About Becky Li
Becky first joined the firm as a summer student. After completing her juris doctor and PCLL at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, she rejoined us as our trainee solicitor.
Before entering the legal field, she built a solid corporate background as human resources professional at the banking and commercial sector. Her background of working closely with people - both young talents and senior stakeholders alike - shapes the thoughtful and client-centric approach she brings to legal practice today.
Her academic exposure in cultural heritage preservation, archaeological research, and the analysis of social and cultural contexts sparked a strong interest in the protection and regulation of cultural heritage. This background naturally extends into her legal studies and career path, leading her to take particular interest in heritage law, art and cultural property, cultural relics protection frameworks, and cross‑border cultural asset disputes.
